All they have to do after this is turn AUDYA off and back on while holding down 'F10' and 'UNPLUGGED' buttons.
Hope this helps.

AJ,
I don't want to make this too complex, if Audya was updated like PA2x then anyone who does not have a PC can get his pal or neighbor to load it onto a stick and wham, and he does need to contact the factory. Can you tell me why Korg do it their way which is slick, no long lead required no need to send the file to your desktop, no need to delete the old upgrade first, what’s all this about a test of computer skills and why do Ketron do it their way which is archaic. It’s out of the ark AJ get, if you have any pulling power please AJ talk to them the Korg method makes sense, it’s not patented.
Oh and BTW AJ do you think that Ketron would send out free upgrades to people who don’t have PC, perhaps when the numbers WW are low but when Audya hits the big time, no thank you, you bought it, we provide the updates now and then, we put them on WWW for you to download, that’s what they would say.
Tell me that Korg is the best way to upgrade or I am going round the bend!
Cheers AJ
PS was James right OS4 @ NAMM?
