hey. first of all, yamaha doesnt support voice additions. you cant get more voices. second of all, there are bunches of places to download styles. synthzone has a whole bunch of links, and its definitely worth your time to check out http://pages.prodigy.net/watersj/Yamaha2K/index.html . its an excellent page with a lot of good tips and some great links. good luck!
