Recording a song in key of F. Want to change to key of G near end of song but instead of actually playing in the key of G I hit the transpose key and continue playing the music in the key of F. I can hear the key change while recording. After the recording is done the playback did not change key. The part assignment is set to Master but it appears during song recording it does not honor the transpose button. Is this correct or am I missing something else? Seem to remember doing this back on the 9000Pro but too long ago to be sure!
