Yeah I've seen that ad on ebay too... If the unit comes with the adapter can he legally take it out and then charge you for it? Don't some come without adapters? I thought this was mentioned before. From my understanding (when I used to work in a music store), a retailer could not remove an item that was shipped with the unit, and then charge extra for it.
