Yeah he sure is sticking it to people.. From a legal stand point I don't see how he can remove it from the box and then charge you extra for it (if this is what he's doing)... It's like some of those small private convient stores that illegally sell individual cigarettes.. They'll open a pack, and will sell them to people that walk in for 25 cents a cigarette. That's $5.00 they make per pack and they rake it in big time for the carton.
