Hi,

I used to be with Technics since ± 12 years and I just make the move to Yamaha PSR-2100.

When i was with Technics, the styles on floppy was always better than the inside keyboard styles, specialy the model before the KN5000.

I download a lot of PSR style on the net and for now the style inside my PSR is better. Do you know if the styles on floppy (made by Yamaha) are good or it will be almost the same as the inside one.

May be i don't have experience to find the right one on the net. In 1 hour i found around two thousand of those.... ouf !!

Thank' for your great comment !

Yamaha's Power Styles range from excellent to outstanding, but they are rather expensive. You also have more than a dozen great styles on the disk that came with your keyboard--be sure to check them out.

Another excellent location for styles, plus Gig Disks, which are style files that have been renamed to appropriate song titles is www.psrtutorial.com It's also a great place to learn step by step how to use the keyboard and get the answers to lots of complex questions.

Cheers,

Gary

Thanks for the complements Roy, but all I did was rename them--someone else did the hard work, which was creating the styles themselves.

Cheers,

Gary

The disk with the PSR2000 contained additional styles. The disk that came with the PSR2100 was blank.

Yes, the manual states that it includes a blank disk. Like free storage !
