Hi everyone, as you know, I am a keyboard arranger performer with many years of experience.
I want everyone to know about this because is true, I work in a music store as keyboard specialist in Phoenix Arizona, Guitar & Keyboard City in their Indian School location, over a year and a half ago that I began to work there, I found that we had 2 WK Latino Keyboard, one SK76 and one SK88 (this 2 units have a battery issue and also is not resolved yet), those only in the store I work, we have more in other 2 locations, well, the units STILL are unusable therefore unsellable, the reason is the the WK Latino, the latin styles are corrupted, sound like someone is shooting, and I did request to GEM to send me the OS and they did but did NOT resolved the problem, I also requested a reload of the styles, and after several e-mails with diferent persons at GEM, a year later STILL those units unrepair....or waiting for the reload data.
Sorry If I upset someone, but I did all I could, after all, only one year went by and nothig happen.
If this is the service a dealer gets.....????
