Last years, I tried practically all the keyboards top of line. Each one with its advantages and defects. The perfect keyboard, certainly would have a little of each one. A thing has called me the attention and, in this topic, Yamaha wins the others Kbs.The careful balance between parts of acc and melody(volume and effects).Any stile + OTS (or any voice R1,R2 and R3) is always read do run.

Hi Chico I love Yamaha, but I almost always find all the accomp volumes way too high. I am always turning it down to 90 (sometimes 80's). Plus, the drum parts!! Even lower. Each to their own, I guess. Tom

I also have sliders on my wk8 that I can use to set the volumes of all the arranger parts including drums in real time. You can then store the settings to a performance. Nothing like real sliders !!

Yep, my Roland EM2000 has the volume balance slider, too. And my Korgs have a slider for the Accomp and one for the lead voices, and another for overall volume (pa80). Tom
