Can the brass/trumpets/etc.be assigned to Right #2 and a separate output. Can the vocalizer be assigned to separate output also? I am picking my new TYROS tomorrow.

Yes and yes. Mixing console>line out tab go down the list and check whatever you want to go where, also don't forget you can send the drums out to a different place too Button F and the same thing check where you want them to go.
