The 900 does not have a slot for a smart media card, no modulation wheel or modulation button so if you want to play organs and have a leslie fast and slow effect you will have to use the + and - buttons to attain this effect (you also have to go into effect edit to find this function) where on the 3200 it is already set to work with the modulation button.
Also, for midi file playback, the 3200 has 16 dedicated track buttons under the screen for muting and soloing the 16 tracks and the 900 doesn't have these buttons, you have to scroll around to acheive this.
For $100.00 more, the 3200 is the better value unless you can't fit the 76 key in your space.

I have to agree with George. Save a few more bucks and buy the 3200. Sure they have the same sound set, but for the extra money you'll get so much more keyboard with the 3200. The CTK will sound nice, but you'll lose the pitchbend wheel, modulation button, smart media storage, ect. It's well worth the extra money.
