Please help me to transfer my old custom
patterns from my technics KN1000 to my new
Solton X1.

I have put in some manual patterns but I have not been able to find the step recording
function or record via midi.

Unfortunately the X1 does not have step recording - as you are familiar with in the Technics series.

I wouldn't use the Technics KN1000 styles in the X1 - because the Kn1000 Technology limits the number of accompaniment parts severely - which restricts the arrangements -

I would suggest that you use Kn2000 - Kn 3000 and\or Kn5000 arrangments - which convert quite well into X1 styles or arrangments.
