The very first thing you should do is a factory reset of the keyboard. Mike, however, is right about cleaning the floppy disk, something that should be done after 10 hours of use. He is also right in that replacing the disk drive is an easy task, however, because your keyboard is still under warranty, you should not do this yourself. If you open the case to repair anything, the warranty is voided at that point.
