The upgrade software version 2.0 for sd1 is now officially available on the ketron site: www.ketron.it

Unfortunately none of the stuff that I was waiting for has been implemented in this software. It is a big disappointment for me since I have been sending Sandro in Italy a few e-mails in the past 3 months and also their tchnical guy in Canada, but they don't really listen to their customers nor they pay any attention to what is being said on this forum. Not very impressive.

Downloaded the OS and soundfiles.
I'm disappointed too because hardly any unwanted 'feature' is solved : e.g. The noisy DSP's, clicks while speed-up/down Rotor, poor 'drawbarsound', the stylesetting button overruling all voices buttons....etc.

I'm afraid Ketron is not able to solve the DSP-problems with software-changes anyway.... and this will need hardware replacement.

The overall sound quality has improved pretty much by the firm0000 soundfile.

Let's wait what other users think.....
