Its not a goth thing or at least i hope not at 32 with a 2 yo kiddo running round and an occasional worship leader for my church.

The origin of my name came from a discussion on another board a couple of years ago. I dont think that I am fatalist in anyway I just like the fact that I have a 100% chance of not cheating death so in essence we are all born to die.

I must agree though that in all the boards that I visit the number of goth names coming through is on the up.
