I wanted to try the Standtastic keyboard stand. Since no one in the area had one my only option was to buy one. I bought it from Musician's Friend with the plan that if I didn't like it I would ship it back. I fully expected to pay shipping to return it.

The stand arrived, I decided I didn't like it and called Musician's Friend for an RMA # to return it. They asked me why, I said that it won't work for me, and much to my surprise, not only did they get me an RMA but the issued me a prepaid FedEx label for free shipping back.

Pretty cool!

That's just great Robert........now the next time I buy something from them....they are going to add more operation cost to my item price
