Thank you, Adimatis, Robert and Captain Russ. To tell you the truth, I'm a complete klutz when it comes to computers but I love to find information. I am glad that you find the information useful.

GREAT STUFF ... #1 and #2 really defined the band I was with for 26 years ... WE became best of friends, and still are today, 23 years after we broke up because I moved to Rhode Island... I would say that only one of us (the sax player) was a truly accomplished musician ... the rest of us were adequate, but could 'put over' a song ... the whole was DEFINITELY great than the sum of its parts ... We LOVED what we were doing, had a great time doing it, and that was reflected in the reaction of the clients ... There were times when I would look out at the crowded dance floor and see how people were enjoying themselves and think "Wow, WE are causing that to happen!!!" ... I miss that ... t.
Taike, good stuff, as usual. I'm not ranking them in order of importance, but, #8 is crucial and without it, you'll never be a "tight" group. There is one I'd like to add though (since we're talking about a BAND setting)and that is REHEARSAL. #3 Practice, sort of implies getting your own individual act together (and that's absolutely important)but to sound great as a group, you've got to rehearse (and on an on-going basis).
