Diki,

Those Peavey Pr speakers weigh I believe 22 pounds a piece. It's not 2 times 44 but 2 times 22.

Donny,

I'm not expecting to receive the g70 until later next week. AJ has to wait for the e-check to clear. I don't blame him for that. What I do wonder though is why does he have all these various brands of arrangers when he works for Ketron?

Tom

I liked the design of the Mars Music display rooms (when they were in business) better than GC. For some reason, I'm not enticed to try the keyboards and the sound room looks like a big wall of "don't touch" - too dark too. And who picks the sh&%*y music they play all day - I couldn't work there.

Fran, the man - are those the speakerless display cabs you have there?

I haven't seen Fran in more than a year, but from that photo DNJ posted I would say Fran has been hitting the all-you-can-eat breakfast bar on a regular basis. South Beach Fran--if Donny and I can do it, so can you!

I was going to say something similar to Gary's statement. Like.. what's that thing growing in Fran's stomach? Gary, being the gentleman that he is, said it in a more subtle round about way.

PS: As long as your BP is okay and you don't smoke, drink, or do drugs (forgive me, I'm not implying that you do but stating it as on the whole - for whoever), then I wouldn't sweat it too much Fran. Eating healthy and living in what is considered a healthy manner is the main thing. If your doing that, then a few extra pounds shouldn't be too much of a cause for over concern in my opinion. It's when the other things are neglected or abused that the added extra pounds begin to take a toll on your health, well being, and longevity. But I think Gary's suggestion is a good one. We only want the best for you Fran you know that. Although there may be some enemies here who don't I'm not sure. Just kidding...

Best,
Mike

I had a pair of the Peavey PR 15's when they first came out. They sounded really good, and were really light. I would still have them, but I opted to go with powered speakers.

Don,

I believe you've been a fan of Peavey equipment for quite a while now. Would that be a true statement?
