In addition to playing for people who own two restaurants, I book for them and another organization...not for booking fees, they just want me to handle the task.

The materials I get are all over the map....
some very good...some not.

What works for you, and what doesn't?
It would be interesting to get ideas from both full-time and occasional players.

Bottom line dont hire anyone wihtout going to listen to them playing live somewhere with an audience..watch the reactions,
and dance floor...
trust your eyes & ears....you'll know when it right!
