Jim: Excellent point
In addition, Tyros2 recorded files must go thru an extra step (exported to the stick as WAV file) b4 transfering to PC. I do recall reading (though not positive) though that T2's audio recorder includes some aditional audio rec features not included in the S900's audio recorder. Perhaps someone can look into this.
Also, in regard to txt files, I've sent you a reg bank file, associated styles, & text files called up from USB stick. Let me know if it works on your S900. The T2 looks at reg stick as drive L. If The S900 has it's fixed USB port assigned as drive "L" as well, then I think it will work. If not, you can use this program to re-assign drive letter to what the S900 see's the USB stick as:
Tyros REG Memory Editor The other thing is that Tyros2 viewable text files in 'fixed 16' mode support a maximum of 63 characters per line, and 18 lines per page. Don't know if the S900 text file parameters (character & # of lines/page length) is the same or not. Jim, Please report back after trying the files I sent you.
Ok, I'm probably spending too much time posting here again. Back to work I go.
