I don't think Korg COULD ask any more for the Oasis!! (Not without a riot, here!!)

I was just hoping they could wrap the software for the PA1X into the package for the same price!! And more people would use arrangers if they were hooked up to state-of-the-art sound generation with cutting edge styles - both Korg's strong points.

Lionstracs is showing the way - Korg need to follow quickly. After all, the software is already finished (it powers the PA1X), so Korg's R&D costs should be low enough to add it as an upgrade, maybe for a few extra $100's.

The advantages Korg have (over Lionstracs and NeKO) are good build quality and comparatively bigger R&D. They should not let themselves get leapfrogged.

The upgrade option would be a good idea actually .

I wonder how long Yamaha and Roland will take to offer a competitor to the Oasys .
