I spent a little time trying to find it on the board but to no avail. You might want to pose the question at the PA80 forum at http://www.irishacts.com/forum/yabb/YaBB.cgi?board=pa80
If there is any way to do it, someone there will surely know. I rarely need to do it but all I ever do is play a very short midifile from a PA80 style to my external sequencer and it pick's up all the settings, but real midi bulk dump WOULD be a lot better. Since I never found that function though... you get the picture..lol
