Are you talking drums and percussion? I haven't tried all of them so I can't comment on a lot of them. There are many dedicated simply to Latin or a particular style which may not be what you're looking for.
Some of the CD's I like which are percussion based and have some funky and latin are Percussion Slam (Big Fish Audio) and New York City Percussionworks (Sampleheads). These are great and the loops are well-recorded at different tempii. They don't necessarily cover all specific latin rhythms like Chachacha, Salsa, Samba, Mambo, etc. but they are nice grooves.
