C'mon Dave, you've had plenty of time to receive the XD9, try it out, maybe even sell it. What do you think?

Tommorrow DonM !
Give the guy at least
1 day to love it or hate it !

I took a Sinatra tune and made it a RAP song with the drum remix feature . Talk about being creative ! dano

Uncle Dave!

I feel for you Bro!

They keep trying to draw you into topics that will "piss off someone" whether you like the XD9 or not!

I'm waiting to see how you respond or don't respond.

I'm joking around of course, but ,... that can be expected from me. LOL

My boy DanO, has promised that my new XD9 will go out on Friday, so ....... we all wait. I am actually quite content at the moment with the Korg. With all the other stuff going on in my life this week - the issue of keyboards and features are suddenly very insignificant. My mind is in a different place, but I will give the XD my full attention as soon as I get it.

The more I listen to the sounds on this PA80 .... the more impressed I am. The features are still up for debate, but boy - the tones and drum samples are wonderful. The effects are not as easy to access as the yamaha mixer section, but they sound every bit as good ... if not better.

I sure wish they would take that stinkin' CRASH cymbal out of the "break" function. It's SO annoying if you don't hit the button EXACTLY on the beat. It's just plain old WRONG. It's a very awkward way to approach a break. It draws too much attention to the crash, when all we want is SILENCE !

So Danny Boy ....... did it leave yet? Huh, huh, huh????

Well - I was wrong ... the kb wasn't shipped on Friday, it was HERE on Friday !
( good going, DanO ! )

I'll post some early findings in a separate thread so everyone can find them.
