My youngest foster daughter who is 15 has developed diabetes and I am a little busy re-roofing my house and getting it ready as flats. I dont have alot of stuff to offer at present so I may take a little rest keep at it Pierce

So sorry to hear such news. I myself am "borderline" Type II diabetic if I don't watch my weight and work out steadily, which I have been doing for decades now and thus able to keep it at arm's length -- but it is always only an arm's length away. However your foster daughter developing this at only 15 sounds like she was latent Type I which is unfortunate.

this are sad news indeed, but diabetes today can be cured. Charlie said it's type I, which means that she has to be treated by insulin. Although this can seem quite a hassle at first, one gets readily accustomed to that routine and life can be normal under every other aspect.

Thanks all she seems to have taken well to injecting herself and pricking for the tests so that s a great relief my first reaction was how would she do it as she really DISLIKES discomfort. Yes it is type 1 All is well Pierce
