Great on the the cable set up. Same deal here when the cable guy came out, he seemed to be have very little training. I had to tell him what he should be doing when all was said and done I got everything working for him. He then said, " Oh, I had a problem at my last stop do you think you could get my last customer connected?" He called her, I did, the poor kid was a bit shook up. I was happy to help him he tipped me by setting up my cable box for some complementary premium pay channels for 3 months.
BTW, how's the z5500s working out?
