Most likely the culprit is a broken or cold solder joint at the connector base. The only solution, if this is indeed the case, is to open the keyboard and resolder the connections to the small printed circuit board using a relatively small soldering iron and rosin-core solder.
The only other option is to use the RCA outputs, or the headphone outs until you can find time to have it repaired by a service center.
