Ok all you experts out there, I'm stumped. I bought a Peavey Spectrum Bass Module to generate sound from my Roland PK-5 midi pedals. The Peavey is supposed to have 200+ sounds available. It does but only 14 from the control knobs. The rest need to be selected by sending it midi codes. Can I use my X1 to do this? If so How? Thanks in advance for the help.

Tom,
You'll need to merge the signal from the keyboard and the bass pedals INTO the Peavey module. Then send a program change comand from a part you don't use alot - maybe one of the lower sounds? I never use them anyway.
Make sure you assign the same midi channels and try NOT to send "note ON" data from the keyboard.....just program change.
