hellyeah,
The "saving" method is, pretty much, the same for many of the various components you may want to save.
To save a "Song", go to the main window and select "Song" (button A). This shows you all the songs (or song folders) in the preset area. Make sure you use the "Next" button to get to the "user" or "floppy" pages. You cannot save anything in the "preset" area. Once you are moved to the user or floppy pages, select the "Save" button at the bottom of the screen. It will give you a chance to "name" the song; if it is a new song, give it an appropriate name and press OK. If you are successful, you will see the song listed in the available songs. To later play the song, go to the Song menu, go to user (or floppy) page, select your song, and press the Song/Start button.
If you are saving a Registration, you press the Registration button from the main screen, go to user or floppy area, and Save.
If you are saving a Style, press the Styles button from the main screen, go to user or floppy area, and Save.
(It doesn't quite work like this for saving new OTS settings in a style, but you get the general idea.)
