I am considering buying a Wk3700 to use for practice and also as a controller k/b. Mostly, I'm interested in it because it has 76 keys and all of my other k/b's(Tyros, TyrosII and Motif)I have are 61 keys.

Just curious if anyone thinks this a good alternative or are there some drawbacks that I'm not aware of?

Appreciate any info anyone can provide.

Thanks in advance.

Ed

Well...I have a WK-3700 and it's absolutely perfect.

Casio has now the new model WK-3800 with build in USB port and more sounds..

I would buy it......

More infos you will get on my CASIO pages:

A single zone[channel] controller..Will you have your sound sources close by to make selections...because the Casio will be very basic as a controller...

If you are not going to use the sounds from the Casio...look for another controller..maybe a A-37 Roland two zone , 76 keys..
