Is PSR-3000 MIC input accept balanced(TRS) or unbalanced signal?if it uses TRS jacks,then what is the proper microphone wiring?
Secondly is the Line-in(MIC)socket accepts stereo or Mono signal?Please clarify.

We had a big debate on this matter some time back.

In summary

The microphone input is unbalanced and monophonic.

As Mac said, everything is mono. However, you can hook up your XLR mic using an addaptor plug and it will work just fine.
