The last keyboard I bought (and returned) was the casio 3500.. I could not change from one registration bank to another (switching drum sounds) without about a 1/2 sec delay which was crazy since you have to keep the rythm flawless .. and I couldn't find a bass I liked anyways...so I just kept playing my casio wk 1800 (which I dropped a while ago and broke the disc drive on)... I am now really into using some of the midi file arrangments found on the net so I need something with a memory storage etc that can play and store change tempo, mute parts etc on midi files.. anywyas first question...

on the 3200 and 3700 are registrations drum switches done with no changes with no delays?

how is the 3200-3700 on playing midi files.. can it change tempo, mute multiple parts, and load fairly quickly from the card drives?

Thanks in advance for help!

Yes..Yes...and Yes!
I am able to load a 50k SMF from my SM Card in less than 10 seconds on my 3200,of course scrolling to the load SMF feature takes a few seconds as well.Muting is as easy as hitting each assigned 16 channel button listed under the display.Tempo buttons are just to the left and down from these buttons making it an ease too.
