Just put the finishing touches on my new website and wanted to get an unbiased opinion on how it looks. This is my first attempt at constructing a site, and I'm not sure how it will look on someone elses computer. Let me know guys and gals, and be gentle to an old man.

Gary

Donny,
Gary, the new site is much better than the older; even if your picture is smaller, I love the idea of the bull-eye and, even if I now need a telescope to see your face, at least I can see your real colors.

Gary,
I like page 1 and 3 very much. I think too stark on your schedule page though....I think go with the blue backround there too.
Otherwise very nice and pro looking.
jam on,
Terry

Thanks guys and gals. Yes, I sing just all the songs listed and lots more. When I get a little more time, I'll try to spruce up the schedule page, plus add the updated gig dates. I just finishing fixing the gif file and converted it to a jpg so the page will load much faster.

Cheers,
Gary

Looks good so far. Need a photo or two and a couple of MP3s to add to the beauty!

Very nice Gary! Very good rendition of My Girl too. I think your new web site is off to a great start. The background image adds a nice touch. Btw, I was trying to make out what brand of keyboard you have. Is it a Ketron MS-60? Whatever it is it looks very sleek. I will be looking forward to hearing some MP3 recordings if you decide to post them on your site.

Best regards,
Mike

That particular keyboard was one of my old psr-500s, which were sold a few months ago. I currently use a stacked array of a psr-740 on the top, with a psr-2000 underneath. They're stacked on an Ultimate stand, which I configured to make it nearly "drunk proof." The way it is set up it would take a linebacker to topple the rig from the back side.

As for MP3s, I havn't had time to put any together, but that may be an option sometime in the near future. I have recorded a few demo CDs with five songs each and send them to prospective clients and local agents. They were easy to record and I put detailed recording instructions on http://psrtutorial.com/ . Some of the folks on that forum said they followed the instructions and made some great CDs. The same technique is also a great way to record your midi files to a CD. Essentially, the sounds you hear coming from the CD are identical to those coming out of your keyboard. I recorded a 10 song album for Will Stewart and he was astonished at the difference between using a midi to wav conversion program and using the technique I described.

Thanks again everyone,

Gary
