Scotty....how is your sister Kathy and her family making out in the wake of huracane Katrina....I hope that they are ok....my thoughts and prayers are with them.....

Hi Tony, many thanks for asking. The GOOD news is that Kathy and her family are fine in Lafayette, LA, as Lafayette was clear from the brunt of Katrina. Unfortunately, her in-law's, who live in Pass Cristian, MS , lost their home. It and the surrounding area were totally demolished. Though they were able to evacuate safely, they now have nothing left but whatever they could pack into the trunk of their car. I'm sure the horrific aftermath of Katrina will permanently affect the lives of it's survivor's for years to come. Scott

was able to get through and she told me the same news...thank God that she and her family were spared...she asked me to keep my eye out for some cheap airfare for the two of you to come visit down here, Gary
