I had a G1000 AND an EM2000 - hated them both. I DID like the styles on the VA series, but that "G" sound is old to me now ... especially since samples are now including natural vibrato in them. I was never a fan of aftertouch because of my live bass playing. The different velocities, and pressures I played with my bass hand would trigger the aftertouch at all the wrong times !
