Epu, I noticed in the archives you (and others) have complained about not being able to turn local off on parts in SINGLE performance mode on an XP-60. I have the same trouble with my XP-80 and have found some older posts from people who complained of the same.

Did you ever find a resolution? I can't believe Roland does not have a fix for this.

Peace
Bob

I'm sorry EPU hasn't been posting for a while.
I assume you've notified Roland about the problem? They are normally pretty good with updates and all.
Not being able to enable/ disable local control isn't something minor.

Thanks Ed for your response. Actually I haven't tried contacting Roland. But I will take your advice and I will send them a note. The XP-80 can turn on and off Local, but system wide. All or nothing. And according to the manual you can do it for specific parts in a performance, and the settings are there as the manual points out, they just don't work.

Thanks again Ed for you response.

Peace
Bob
