There was a bad solder joint in the power pack, which I reheated and it worked just fine. I plugged it into my 3000 and had it running for about a half-hour before packing it up and shipping it back to Donny. I guess something else must have come loose during shipping.

Good Luck,

Gary

Dnj,

While I sold my PSR3k, I never could find a decent price on the PS. And I use the same one for my Motif-es Rack. Might just have to bite the bullet for Yamaha's price.

If you do enough stage/party work, it's worth it to have a virgin spare.

Gary,
How are you? Long time no chat. You were such of great help over at PSR Tutorial. Thanks

Still like the Bose PAS?

BC,

Good to hear from you. Yep, the Bose is the best amp I've come across and I use it almost daily.

Cheers,

Gary

Gary,

Hey back. Yep. My PAS is still going strong. Mostly now as a monitor since the venues are getting so large and I often have to use the House guy and gear.

We're going to IEMs soon, but i'll still depend on the Bose for small venue/solo stuff.

Glad you're still so active!
