Donny and I played "Let's make a deal" tonight, and I ended up with his XD9.
(What am I thinking???? )
I intend to keep it as a studio piece for recording (the Korg is a little noisy, especially the drums), but you know ...... it's definatly a liquid asset, so ..... anyone wants it - talk to me !

Donny & Uncle Dave - what 'fickle' foxes ! Actually I'd been PREDICTING this all along, but just wondered 'how long' it would take to happen. Guess what? I was only off by 2 days.

Ok, so 'how long' does UD keep Donny's Barbettas & Ketron XD9 now? Anyone up for bets?

I had one already ..... I passed on it then too. This deal was just for the sheer fun of it. Donny and I are gear hounds, and this was no different than buying a lotto ticket. We're just goofin' around. Buy/sell - what's the difference? It's all just variations of the same junk anyway.
NO one makes what I really want, so I just keep myself amused till the right one is built!
I have no love for the XD9 ..... or anything else without redhair at the moment !
