... as it should be. After all the Tyros is "old" techonology now. Then the next generation Tyros will be a better buy, then the new Ketron, or GEM, or Cosco for all I know. I love it when each year produces something better and better at around the same price.
I haven't paid anything near retail for a keyboard in years, but even if I had to, they are all tremendous bargains.
I can buy the latest great thing, and use if for a couple years, or hire a drummer, bassman, horn section, string section, Boo to play sax, vocal harmony quartet, rythm, lead and steel guitar player, throw in a fiddle man who doubles on banjo, and I'd still need a brass section with a killer trumpet and trombone guy or two--I couldn't pay them for one job with what the keyboard costs.
