I am sure that most of you like me always search for the lowest price/highest quality merchant before making a purchase. With my keyboards, PAs, guitars, etc., I have found the best to be Music123 as they always beat the "lowest" price no matter what the source and usually also offer free shipping. The worst is Muscian's Friend since they have too many caveats on their so called "low price guarantee." What have been your experiences?

Hello, Durel. I haven't tried Music 123 and the only things I bought from Musician's Friend, were blemished items, on sale.(All I can afford)LOL. They actually treated me pretty well. I bought a keyboard and the display didn't work, so I called and moaned and they sent me a return voucher, so it didn't cost me anything. I did buy a Remanufactured item (roland)from Synthony' and it didn't work right, so I called to ship it back. They didn't like it and I had to pay shipping both ways on a defective item, with nothing to show for it, not too happy. Lately, I've been buying most of my stuff on ebay, with no problems.
