anyone had experience with new Genesys keboard?

I have a lot of experience with the genesys line. What are your questions?

I was wondering if you can do sampling using the machine itself. that is creating drum loop which you can change the pitch of them without affecting their quality.

As you know SD-1 and korg pa-80 can create these type of samples using the machine.

I sell the Genesis keyboards. Most of my customers are not using the sampling part. Yes, you can sample right in the keyboard and I beleive when i asked Chris Anthony, who does a lot of programming for Generalmusic the question you ask regarding syncing the sample with the style, I was told this would have to be done in a computer software program and adjusted within the program to sync with a new tempo. I am not positive about this, but I think this is what Chris told me. Perhaps Paul, who works for Generalmusic will be able to shed some additional information regarding sampling.
