This wasn't done on a PSR. I don't own a PSR-3000--I tried one, and didn't like it. I did this arpeggiator on a synth (Roland).

The quality of a user style will reflect how much time you put into it
It will also be determined by the players skill level. Doing fills can get tricky. So the amount of time it would take really would vary from one user to the next taking into consideration the ability of the person recording the style
