I keep getting a message that says "ERROR 131 - REBOOT."

Do I need a new OS disc??

I have never seen this error previously. Thnakfully, I laid down my current projects a few weeks ago but I'm wanting to make some new beats. I'm able to load up but after about 15 minutes this message will pop-up and freeze everything. It's frustrating.

Can anyone offer some help??
