Hey Guys

Just a quick query that I am trying to figure out. When I am sequencing on Tyros 2, when I come to do a drop in (e.g have the record set to record when I press a note), it seems to insert a program change event from where i start recording.

When I play the recording back, I hear the effect, such as revorb cut off from when I do the drop in. is there a way of stopping this problem? I just want to carry on recording the part with the same instrument with same effects (with no change)

If I understand your question then here has been my experience with a similar result: If for instance you need to start re-recording at measure 12 (because of a mistake etc.) then set your digital recording to punch-in at measure 12, THEN, do a RWD back several measures to start from. That way everything is in sync by the time it gets to measure 12. Make sure all you set-up conditions are still in effect though.
