I just got my new VR and haven't even tried it yet. What can you VR user's tell me that will help me control this instrument better. How do you use it; what modes do you use? Do you have midi tracks dedicated to the VR - which one(s)? What short cuts would you suggest?

The best advice I have is to plug it in, fire it up, then begin step by step with the instruction manual. It's very easy to use, and produces some of the highest quality vocal harmonies I've heard.
