Has anyone heard of anything new coming out at the summer NAMM? Is Roland bringing out anything new? If not, I think I'll stick with my Yammy 2k and buy one of those new Roland VR-760 boards to compliment.

I may go to Summer NAMM this year if Korg, Yamaha, Roland, GEM, and Ketron (or most of them) are exhibiting the latest. I have tried unsuccesfully to arrange to actually see and play the Odyssey, SD1, Vega, and XD9, but there are no stores within maybe a thousand miles of me that stock them.
The Ketron rep (from Houston) promised to bring one through and the GEM Regional manager was supposed to contact me, but . . . no dice.
Nashville is close enough, if they are all there in one place.
I have seen and played the Tyros and it was very good. I will never again buy a new keyboard without personally auditioning it.
