I will try to answer your question at home where I am away from my store and a WK6.
What generalmusic does is use the multi mode which allows you to use 8 parts for one sound. They assign a different organ drawbar for each sound and then when you use the volume sliders, you can control the level of each footage. If you go to the stock performances, in one of the banks you will see many organ sounds, and if you choose one and than hit the escape button, you will see the list of eight footages and then press the mixer button in the edit group, and you will see the preset volumes that the factory set up.
