New Software: Rename Style Files

The program can be run in 3 modes:
- Rename style files, which have been saved with a ".mid" extension to the original extension. (This often happens when downloading style files!)
- Rename styles with the new ".sst"; ".pcs"; ".pst"; ".bcs" and ".prs" extensions to ".sty" extensions.
- The two modes above combined.
The program will rename ALL files (with one of the extensions above) in a user selected folder - and optional all its subfolders.
Therefore: Take care when selecting folder!
