I have always used the Midi Leads in and out Keyboard to PC Sound Card Joystick Port connection.
Can anyone who has also used the Host Port single cable PC to Keyboard with Windows Driver, tell me if there is any advantages like the speed of data transfer using the Host Port method?. Are there any detectable differences?

I have use both setups Graham and could not detect a discernable difference either way.
For me it was simply a matter of what I had available at the time.
