The midi message you need to send is a system exclusive type which begins with a hex code of: FO amd ends with F7. You should be able to find the PSR9000's sysEX commands used to trigger your PSR9000's auto accomp arranger parts (fills, intros, variations, etc) in the System Exclusive section of the PSR9000 Data List Manual.
An alternate way to find out the midi sysEX commands is to record a song on the 9000 which include triggering the fills, intros, and variation buttons. This will record their sysEX messages into the recorded midi file. When this Yamaha midi song file is then loaded into Cubase, you should then be able to view specific SysEX commands used to trigger the various arranger parts (fills, intros, variations, etc).
Hope this helps,
Scott
