Hi all
Just downloaded the psr-2000 styles into my Pro and they work great.
In an earlier review it was said that they were the same as the Pro. I'm happy to say that I found at least 50 new styles for the type of music I do...
The new latin big band Styles are a vast improvement over the Pro. I found some other improvements to.
The new OS version for the Pro is also great.
Now I can call up a Style from Disk via memory banks, including changes to the style.
No more worrying about not having enough flash rom memory for styles.
Thanks Yamaha.
Enjoying my Pro even more...
Eric

Eric,

nice to hear that the PSR2000 conversion are working fine for you.

Besides this the styles of the CVP209 are also available now for the Yamaha keyboards. They are containing ALL PSR2000 styles plus again new styles on top if this.

Regards

Ulrich

That's great news guy's, but I'm going the other way I'm buying the PSR-2000 Is there any great styles I can snitch from the 9000 or 9000pro, that I wouldn't find on the 2000? And would they work on the 2000?
All the best,
Nobby

Thanks Ulrich for posting those styles on e-groups. I found some more gems.
I feel that I have a nice variety of styles now. The CVP styles are also working great on my Pro.
Hi Nobby, there are quite a few styles on the Pro that are not on the Psr-200. To many to list. Although they might be similar they are worth downloading from e-groups and trying them out.
Thanks again
Eric

And while your at the Yahoo (old E) goups, look in the PSR2000 styles folder. You will find an beautiful spreadsheet of all PSR2000 styles versus all PSR9000 styles and which are NEW and only in the 2000. Very helpful.
